You will leverage industry-leading tools and technologies to analyze market trends and audience insights, creating strategies that deliver impactful results. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality media planning and seamless execution, while also managing project timelines and objectives. In addition to supporting business growth, you will mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.Key Responsibilities Lead the development of media strategies and interactive plans that align with client's business objectives. Take ownership of key components required to build and execute a media plan, ensuring all elements are well-integrated. Develop innovative ideas and strategic solutions to meet client goals, ensuring media plans are both creative and effective. Analyse research data, media information, and trends to provide valuable insights and report key findings to clients. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to optimize the media plan, ensuring the plan evolves in response to insights and performance. Lead recommendations on the best media channels and tools, ensuring all media choices align with client goals. Stay up to date with industry trends and developments, continually integrating new practices and tools into the media planning process. Analyse campaign performance using research and planning tools, optimizing strategies for maximum effectiveness. Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign accuracy and alignment with client objectives. Oversee the execution of media plans and monitor ongoing campaign performance, ensuring campaigns are delivered as expected. Provide leadership to junior planning staff, offering guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within the team. Perform ad-hoc duties and assist with tasks as needed by the Direct Manager.The Ideal Candidate Will Have A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field. Relevant experience in media planning or strategy, with a focus on both digital and traditional media. Strong proficiency in media planning and research tools (e.g., OP TV, CWEB, Optinet, Google Analytics, TGI, Brand Index, etc.). Experience in developing and presenting media strategies and reports to clients and internal teams. Strong communication and client management skills, with the ability to confidently interact with senior clients and stakeholders. A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and campaign optimization. A solid understanding of the media landscape, including both traditional and digital channels.
