Actively participate in negotiating marketing agreements and commission levels with vendors. The main aim of the Sales Consultant is to showcase Mirage Portfolio properties professionally, reflecting a world-class organizational image and brand. Duties and Responsibilities Ensure set sales targets are met or exceeded. Negotiate marketing agreements and commission levels with landlords/developers. Offer outstanding customer service through all communication channels. Maintain accurate and up-to-date property database software for lead generation. Implement effective feedback mechanisms to improve client/vendor/purchaser/agent relationships. Ensure a smooth sales process to guarantee customer satisfaction. Follow up on all leads to final conclusion. Accurately complete and submit the End of Week Activity report within the specified timescale. Keep sales updates current with property market activities. Identify new market opportunities and gaps. Promote the business through various marketing channels. Perform brand-related duties as requested by Senior Management. Represent the company at events and exhibitions.
