The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects, strong planning and communication skills, and a structured, hands-on approach. This role includes overseeing the Functional Acceptance Test (FAT) process, coordinating project execution, and ensuring the timely delivery of all project milestones. Key Responsibilities: Lead the execution of EPC project phases from planning to final delivery. Project are EPCI11, 12 and 13 for RFID System. Manage and oversee the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), CFAT and IFAT process to ensure equipment and systems meet project specifications. Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and resources to meet client requirements. Plan each project in details in advance, and get all checklist prepared Plan the project assets to unboxed, configured, tagged, inspected, re packaged in a rolling fashion for all platforms and EPCI packages. Day to day planning and facilitation. Ensure all checklist are prepared and filled out and signed as per days planned tests Communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to align on project status. Ensure all activities align with project scope, budget, and quality standards. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, and risk assessments. Facilitate regular meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment among all stakeholders. Apply structured project management methodologies (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2 frameworks) to guide the project to successful completion. Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of experience managing EPC projects. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is mandatory. Proven experience in managing the Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) process. Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and drive results within tight timelines. Must be based in Qatar or available for immediate deployment within a Month.
