Job Details Key Relationships Internal: HVAC Senior Service Technician, Service Admin, Service Manager, Operations Manager and Managing Director (if necessary) External: Clients/customers, Site Project Managers (if necessary) Accountabilities Assist HVAC senior service technician in equipment installation, maintenance, and repairs Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment malfunctions Duties and Responsibilities Comply with Primepower servicing schedules and procedures Ensure all equipment is prepared for hire in compliance with Primepower ‘Green Card’ procedure Ensure all work performed reports are approved by client (on site) and are legibly produced Ensure immediate response and minimal disruption to client’s requirements Ensure good housekeeping of work area and service vehicle Maintain a minimum spares level in service vehicle as per procedures Effective troubleshooting to minimise downtime and unnecessary repair costs Customer satisfaction externally & internally Compliance to QHSE & ISO Standards and Procedures Compliance with 24 hour call-out policy Any other duties considered essential for effective operations and service Primepower places a strong emphasis on health, operational safety, and environmental protection. Experience with HVAC controllers from York, Trane, and Carrier, including training certificates for courses attended in programming. Dealer experience (York, Trane, Carrier). Must hold an official HVAC trade qualification from a recognized organization. Previous experience with Chiller plant District cooling. Previous experience in the rental industry.
