Responsibilities Performance Analysis: Review and analyze the performance of plant facilities to ensure efficient and continuous service. Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities to improve plant performance. Improvement Monitoring: Monitor the execution of improvement plans. Support Role: Assist the Assistant Manager in his role as Asset focal point. Engagement: Support the Assistant Manager in his engagement with Qatar Energy senior management and JV board members. Experience Minimum of 10 years of broad-based relevant industrial experience. Specialization: At least 5 years of experience in a solar power generation operational environment, preferably in plant management. Exposure: Direct exposure to commercial and business development activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required in Electrical Engineering.
