JOB SUMMARY RKH Qitarat is currently seeking a Head of Security to join our Operations team. The Head of Security will be responsible for overseeing all daily security operations across the Doha Metro and Lusail Tram networks, ensuring the safety of staff, assets, and infrastructure. This role involves managing both in-house and subcontracted security teams, coordinating activities through the security control room, and integrating strategic risk management with operational response. You will represent RKH Qitarat in all matters related to security with key stakeholders including the Ministry of Interior, Qatar Transport Police, and the National Control Centre. Responsibilities include managing the performance and deployment of security subcontractors, overseeing the security budget, and developing security policies, procedures, and assessments. The role also includes regular analysis and reporting of security performance, and leading the recruitment and development of the internal security team.
