Responsibilities: Promptly seat guests at pre-set tables according to party size and preferences. Set up the Hostess stand, review reservations, recommend room arrangements, maintain station charts and cover counts, and recognize server capacities to meet Four Seasons Service standards. Answer phones professionally, handle reservations, and provide information about the restaurant or hotel services. Anticipate guest needs, respond to inquiries or issues, recognize regular guests by name, and use their names consistently. Inspect and maintain menus daily, ensuring quality and presentation, and develop knowledge of all menu items and specials. Work harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors. Complete special projects such as menu updates and signage. Ensure proper table setup and make minor adjustments as needed. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Degree in hotel and restaurant management preferred. 2-4 years of experience in a luxury hotel & resort. Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
