JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS Experince with platforms greenfield, brownfield. Experience on contractor's side. Follow up Home Office, Yard and Offshore Activities Profile with strenght in commissioning electrical, instrumentation, telecom. Process is less relevant. Experience with software HEXAGON or similar i.e. ICAPS-WINPCS-ZENATOR Technical Skills : Work in Task Force coordinating with the project team, the different companies of the JVs and the Client. Ensure the execution of the head office activities concerning Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start Up, Test Run, Training, Maintenance Engineering, Operation and handing over of the Plant to the Client according to contractual requirements and project objectives in terms of safety, quality, budget and schedule. Ensure compliance of the Yard / Offshore Site activities for which is responsible with the established process and HSE requirements, while respecting the relative time and cost targets. Technical knowledge of OFFSHORE Platform and YARD Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start Up and Operation activities. Knowledge of the CMS, Engineering Systems and Tools (HEXAGON, WINPCS, ICAPS, etc.). Understanding of Flow Measurement, Engineering practices, design methods & calculations. Knowledge of PC, Windows, Office Software and IT implementation background. Acquire Oil and Gas Industry Safety Standards and requirements. Capable to Read, interpret & prepare applicable technical information. Proven Technical Knowledge with the sequences and activities of preparation for Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start Up and Operation of the following Units : Brownfield integration (Piping, Electrical, ICSS & Telecom). Gas Processing including interfaces with Production Pipeline. Utilities section including Power Generation Unit and Cranes. Technical Rooms (HVAC, Fire-Fighting, Electrical-Instrument-Telecom Rooms).
