A Personal Concierge directly addresses the needs of VIP and long-stay Guests and informs other Team Members of VIP/long-stay Guest needs to ensure an exceptional Guest experience. What will I be doing?As a Personal Concierge, you will: Meet, greet, and direct Guests entering the lobby area. Serve as the main point of contact for VIP Guests and ensure hotel departments are fully briefed on their requirements. Seek verbal feedback from customers regularly and respond to all Guest queries promptly. Act as a point of contact for long-stay Guests of 14 days or longer, ensuring they feel comfortable and can seek advice or information from Guest Relations. Manage, record, and resolve Guest or customer complaints promptly. Maintain a high level of customer service constantly in the Reception and Lobby areas. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all hotel facilities and services, identifying opportunities for up-selling and promotion when appropriate. Show creativity in lobby/reception decoration during seasonal periods to enhance the overall ambiance for Guests. Communicate with the Guest Experience Manager to track and reward loyal and creative Guests, selecting rewards that match Guest preferences within the budget. Maintain good communication and relationships across all hotel departments. Manage staffing levels to meet business demands. Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation. Follow policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems. Assist other departments as necessary. What are we looking for?To succeed as a Personal Concierge, you should possess: An ability to listen and respond to demanding Guest needs. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Accountability and resilience. A commitment to delivering high levels of customer service. The ability to work under pressure. Flexibility to adapt to various work situations. It would be advantageous to demonstrate: Previous experience in customer service or similar roles. A passion for delivering exceptional Guest service.
