Our client, a pioneer in integrated logistics solutions, is looking for a Senior Manager Solutions Development & Commercial Excellence to join our team at their Doha Head Office.What You’ll Do Lead the commercial strategy tenders pricing and contract management for Freight Logistics.Anchor CRM and sales pipeline processes to drive customer analytics and cost benchmarking.Develop and implement innovative solutions to unlock business growth opportunities.Drive digital transformation and process improvement in commercial activities.Foster a high‑performing team and spearhead strategic initiatives.What We’re Looking For10-12 years of experience in managing commercial processes (tenders, contracts, pricing, etc. for strategic accounts).Strong CRM expertise with 5-10 years of experience in system integrations.Advanced Excel and presentation skills.A degree in Business Management, Economics or Supply Chain (preferred).Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).Why Join Be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration and excellence.
