The postholder designs engaging, inquiry‑based lessons aligned with the school’s STEM philosophy—emphasizing hands‑on investigations, scientific literacy and interdisciplinary connections. The teacher must possess strong general science knowledge, effective classroom management, and the ability to support students across varying levels of ability. This role builds foundational STEM skills that prepare students for advanced science courses in grades 11–12.
