Job Responsibilities
:
- To take total responsibility of their designated Clients - client management / account management
- Build successful relationships with both existing and new customers
- Understand client requirements
- Managing contacts database
- Complete proposal and reports and assist in closing deals and negotiate contracts
- Proposal includes specification of strategy, costings and details presentation
- To manage client expectations and act as customer advocate on projects, gathering client requirements and priorities
- Approach business generation as a team based, ideas driven, learning process
- To identify new business opportunities - Identify, analyse and recommend
- Competent mathematical knowledge for statistical analysis and costing exercises
- Ability to quickly interpret clients need and request and take action to turn leads into results that would create "Win - Win" situation
- To prepare Standard & Customised Reports for clients
- Constantly update the Management on the progress of each client / accounts
- To liaise with Operations Department constantly to achieve the requirements
- Any other assignment or duties detailed by the Management.
:
- Good written and spoken English. The ability to compose clear and effective letters and ;
- A good communication (telephone, F2F) manner. The ability to listen to and understand a customer's needs and then to suggest solutions and/or alternative strategies to meet those ;
- A real concern for clients which you demonstrate verbally, in writing and by your actions. The ability to gain the justified trust of clients and to close a deal. The ability to interact effectively with other staff whilst being aware of their need to carry out their own ;
