- Facilitating human resources processes. Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. under the guidance of HR ;
- Perform orientations, on boarding and update records with new hires. Ensure new employees receive Induction Packs and associated information on their first day of ;
- Respond to internal and external HR related enquiries or requests and provide ;
- Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the ;
- Acting as a liaison between employees and insurance providers Resolving benefits-related problems. Also coordinating for addition and ;
- Managing and recording of sickness absence records including one to ones with returning ;
- Answering employee requests and questions, assisting with new employee hiring ;
- Assisting with the recruitment and interview ;
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
