Technical and Business Knowledge:

• General knowledge of Networking Technologies

• Familiarity of WAN technologies: MPLS, (carrier) Ethernet, TDM

• General knowledge of the telecom market ( Carriers, VAR's and System Integrators)

• Thorough understanding of all approved Tools and Systems.

• Formal Network Engineering training and preference for CCNA or higher.

• Ability to work with Microsoft Visio.

• Excellent Customer Communications skills.

• Superior Time Management skills and working on strict timelines
