Senior Manager / Director - Ecommerce

We are hiring Senior Manager / Director - Operations to lead and optimize end-to-end e-commerce operations for our online retail platform.This is a strategic leadership role focused on enhancing customer experience, streamlining fulfillment, managing supply chain performance, and driving operational excellence across all touchpoints.Key Responsibilities: Design and implement SOPs to streamline order fulfillment, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.Own the full order lifecycle — from placement to on-time delivery and returns.Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Tech) and external partners (3PLs, Vendors).Manage inventory levels and stock accuracy using WMS/ERP tools.Monitor operational KPIs and implement data-driven improvements.Lead supplier/vendor onboarding and relationship management.Foster alignment across operations and business teams to drive customer satisfaction.Skills & Competencies: Leadership: Hands-on leadership with the ability to guide, motivate, and empower teams.Strategic Thinking: Strong capability to design long-term strategies for operational excellence.Technical Proficiency: Experience working with e-commerce platforms, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and analytics tools.Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills with a focus on problem-solving and actionable insights.Time & Resource Management: Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.10+ years of experience in operations management, particularly within e-commerce, logistics, or tech-enabled retail.Demonstrated track record of success in fast-paced, high-growth environments.Experience in online grocery or similar e-commerce verticals is highly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
