Our company is urgently looking for an experienced Sale Coordinator.
Your job responsibilities:
Good understanding of the Real Estate Market and processes in the lifecycle of a real estate transaction.
Interact with the clients and accompany them on Site Visits.
Participate in negotiations
Inform Managers about upcoming projects Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Aptitude for Customer Service Delivery Ability to work in a team
Basic knowledge of working with MS Office and other tools
Good in giving Presentations
Candidate with a Vehicle preferred
Ideal Profile/Applicant:
Ability to influence and negotiate
Strong Business Intelligence and corporate Knowledge
Working knowledge of computers
Good Corporate Knowledge
Generate listings and leads through callings.
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
Proven experience as a sales coordinator in real estate industry is a must·
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving·
Excellent verbal and written communication skills·
A team player with high level of dedication
