Responsibilities include:


1. Direct sales to SMEs and Enterprises to build strong B2B SaaS business in Malaysia. Get involved right at lead stage to manage and propel opportunity to qualify, propose, develop, close and on-board customer by systematically managing sales cycle.


2. Manage entire sales cycle (as individual contributor) steps such as cold call, customer pain point identification, product introduction, SaaS platform demonstration, explanation of technical and functional capabilities, available integrations, follow-up call, sales updates sharing, proposal, pricing negotiation, contract signing, on-boarding and account handover to Global Account management teams.


3. Work closely with internal marketing team, PR team and top management to swiftly pickup leads / enquires / suspects to be put in sales processes. Clearly identify target accounts and segments for marketing / lead generation team to arrange initial communication. Constantly feedback internal marketing team on input funnel quality and alignment to target segment to secure your stage one leads.


4. Analyze market opportunities by collecting data and information such as - decision criteria, pain points, due diligence, projecting business needs, solution customization, stakeholders, objectors and variance from box standard fulfillment / cross-border solution. Prepare and present decisive data internally to management team (cost, value, opportunity and impact) as well to customers (value proposition, cost-benefit-analysis, cost allocation shift from fixed to variable, scalability opportunity scenarios) to optimize sales cycle and drive internal GO/NO-GO decision.




Requirements:


1. Strong people connection skills, ability to connect and understand needs is must

2. Prior experience of at least 2 years in B2B, Enterprise Sales

3. Excellent written, and verbal communication skills, data analysis and presentation skills

4. Experience in Ecommerce Sellers, Brands and Retailer domain is added advantage

5. Ability to work with remote team in different geographies, cultures and time zones
