Lead Caregiver job in Sharjah, UAE Overview We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and reliable Lead Caregiver to provide high-quality care to our clients in Sharjah. The successful candidate will lead and supervise a team of caregivers, ensuring duties are performed in accordance with safety, quality, and professionalism standards. Responsibilities Supervise, train, and mentor caregivers to create a safe, caring, and supportive environment for clients. Develop care plans for clients with input from family members or healthcare providers. Monitor caregiver service delivery to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain accurate client records and documentation of services. Respond promptly to caregiver concerns or issues. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and safety standards. Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred but not required. Experience as a caregiver or supervisor in a home health setting preferred. Experience supporting elderly clients or those with disabilities is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Compensation Salary: 1100 AED/month (negotiable depending on experience).
