Job details
Key statements which describe the major accountabilities or responsibilities.
1. Perform a variety of drafting duties, using both AutoCAD and manual techniques, relating to gas distribution, utilization, civil/mechanical and construction.
2. Preparing drawings showing the location of gas equipment and underground/ aboveground structures
3. Checking submitted information for errors or omissions and ensuring there are no conflicts between purposed gas installation and existing underground facilities
4. Preparation of material take off for various mechanical, electrical & civil works.
5. Performing alterations and revisions to existing drawings
6. Preparing schematics, isometric drawings, graphs, forms, signs, maps, charts, diagrams, displays, and other miscellaneous drawings as required
7. Developing digitized gas system base maps (UTM systems).
8. Applying established AutoCAD system standards with GIS system.
9. Maintain drawing records systems and record databases as required.
10. Contribute towards, maintaining and implementing both company and client QHSE Management System objectives, procedures and all other directives from company or its representatives.
