Job Description: Responsibilities will include the following: • Doing pre-sales activities to sell new projects: o Do solution presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers o Prepare proposals and quotations o Understanding customer requirements: Identifying the customer pains and propose a solution that solves his needs o Perform GAP analysis between needed solution and current functionality o Estimating the project implementation effort o Propose improvements and changes regarding the implementation process • Give the functional/technical training on the new system • Selling ERP solutions: o Do market inspection and lead generation activities to generate interest around our solutions o Qualifying all generated leads through quick calls o Generate interest among prospective customers and manage the opportunities towards the sales process o Do proper follow-up of open opportunities • Managing customer's relationships: o Manage the communication with the customer o Guarantee the fulfillment of all agreed terms between the customer and the company o Plan and coordinate of work sessions and follow-ups during the implementation project o Identity opportunities to sell more services within the customer
