Direct message the job poster from edari About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and driven Design & Development Manager to join a dynamic in-house development team supporting a major real estate portfolio. This role will be responsible for managing architectural and interior design elements across new construction and enhancement projects, from initial concept development to execution and final delivery. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality outcomes through effective stakeholder coordination, design supervision, and project oversight—particularly in refurbishment and fit-out environments.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Oversee design submissions and provide guidance to external consultants, ensuring alignment with internal objectives and regulatory requirements.Coordinate with internal departments including HSE, Security, IT, and Brand to integrate functional and aesthetic requirements.Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, resolve design challenges, and maintain design integrity through execution.Support project planning with material selection, cost analysis, documentation review, and risk mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and contribute to continuous improvement in sustainability and customer satisfaction.Represent the team in meetings with local authorities, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.Prepare reports and provide regular updates to senior management on milestones, risks, and project health.Candidate Profile: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (mandatory)Experience: Minimum 8 years in design development and project execution, with a focus on interior design, refurbishment, and fit-out projects Skills: Strong project management and stakeholder coordination Proficient in risk assessment, planning, and budgeting Knowledge of authority regulations and approval processes High attention to detail and quality Other Requirements: Driving License + Own Car (frequent site visits required)Why Join?This is a unique opportunity to work on impactful, design-led projects with long-term potential.
