Duties and Responsibilities
• To source property inventories from property owners and real estate agents
• To source potential investors and establish/maintain a good work relationship.
• Arranges site meetings with the tenants.
• Respond promptly to all enquiries, either by email or phone.
• Follows the latest trends and news in real estate world and looks for the potential clients in the industry
• Discusses the legal issues related to the leasing contracts and helps in preparing proper legal documents to prevent any kind of legal issues in the signed contracts
• Collects the leasing amount form the tenants and helps them in filling leasing forms and documents
• Oversees the documents submitted by the tenants and checks for their validity and accuracy
• Performs other tasks as instructed by the Property Manager
