What will I be doing? As a Spa Receptionist, you are responsible for greeting and assisting clients to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. You will manage customer feedback and be an effective salesperson. Specifically, your tasks will include: Assisting guests and clients promptly and courteously Managing customer feedback to facilitate improvements in products and services Handling bookings, payments, and consultation cards efficiently Adhering to cash handling procedures Communicating effectively with clients, team members, and management Upselling with departmental incentives Reporting accidents, maintenance issues, or incidents Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations What are we looking for?
