ARCHITECTURAL INSPECTOR

Job Responsibilities: Conduct daily site inspections to monitor and verify architectural works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.Ensure compliance with contract documents, local regulations, and quality standards throughout all stages of construction.Review and comment on shop drawings, material submittals, mockups, and method statements.Identify nonconforming works, issue site observations/NCRs, and follow up on corrective actions.Inspect and verify architectural finishes including masonry, cladding, waterproofing, joinery, false ceilings, paintwork, tiling, and other interior works.Coordinate with other discipline inspectors and site teams to ensure multi-trade integration and avoid clashes.Participate in snagging and desnagging inspections, including preparation of punch lists and ensuring timely closure of items.Attend site meetings with contractors, consultants, and client representatives to ensure all inspections and records are properly documented and filed.Key Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.Minimum 8 years of experience as an Architectural Inspector with a design consultancy background.Proven experience on large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments in the UAE.Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, architectural standards, and finishing materials.Excellent attention to detail, communication, and reporting skills.Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.Vertical: Engineering #J-18808-Ljbffr
