â€¢Serve as primary liaison between customer and company to determine customerâ€™s billeting needs and priorities, communicate protocol to staff regarding customer lodging assignments, and resolve issues
â€¢Manage temporary or permanent living quarters at multiple LSAs for client and other civilian contractors in accordance with contract requirements and company objectives
â€¢Oversee staff and activities to ensure proper maintenance and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards
â€¢Maintain and report on accurate, current, vacancy/occupancy rates
â€¢Ensure courteous customer service, timely resolution of service orders, and accountability of sufficient supplies for all locations
â€¢Conduct and review regular customer surveys to obtain feedback on customer satisfaction and quality of services
â€¢Maintain knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, and procedures, and provide training to develop staff
â€¢Manage personnel actions including, but not limited to, hiring, performance appraisals, coaching, promotions, etc.
â€¢Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge & Skills
â€¢Proficient in Microsoft Office software
â€¢Fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English to write or correctly interpret documents, understand customer requests, speak effectively to groups of customers or employees, etc.
â€¢Advanced ability to organize, multi-task, problem-solve, and deal with a variety of issues in a courteous, professional manner
â€¢Working knowledge of relevant safety standards and principles/processes for providing customer service
â€¢Basic understanding of military customs and courtesies to interact effectively with customers
â€¢Effective and team-oriented communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
