2.Monitor dealer performance in terms of Wholesales

3.Monitor FOREX, Spec change, & price update , maintain price list

FOREX tracking sheet

Price & spec list (Nissan Middle East GCC, MED & NBD)

4.Budget control

Sales incentive and discount budget tracking (Nissan Middle East GCC, MED & NBD)

5.External/Internal communication

Price offer, specs, forex monitoring letters etc to dealer, Nissan Gulf, Nissan Japan & Nissan Middle East
