Job Overview: We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic excellent physical stamina and a willingness to learn and grow in the construction industry. Responsibilities: - Assist with various construction tasks such as carrying materials digging and cleaning job sites - Operate hand and power tools under the supervision of the construction team - Help set up and take down equipment and scaffolding - Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Report any issues or concerns to the construction team - Learn and perform basic construction techniques and skills - Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with the team - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times - Other duties as assigned Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required - Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods - Basic knowledge of hand and power tools - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn - Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at different job sites - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Valid drivers license and reliable transportation - Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Benefits: - Competitive salary - Health insurance - Paid time off - Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company - Training and development programs - Positive and supportive work environment If you are a hardworking and dedicated individual looking to start a career in the construction industry we encourage you to apply for this position.
