Our team in UAE is expanding rapidly, and we are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Key Account Manager based in Sharjah, UAE, to handle Service Sales within the Sharjah & Northern Emirates region. In this role, you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and strategically important or major local/national customers. You will proactively identify solutions that add value to our strategic customers and major projects, build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to retain current maintenance contracts, and proactively generate new opportunities both within and outside our current customer base. What will you do Proactively develop and nurture customer relationships in your area of responsibility. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints in collaboration with the KONE team. Document and maintain customer and contact information. Manage leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet sales targets, proactively generating opportunities beyond the current customer base. Identify customer needs and match KONE's solutions accordingly. Handle pricing using approved tendering tools. Ensure contract contents align with negotiated terms. Keep opportunity, task, and visit information up to date in CRM systems. Are you the one? Bachelor's Degree, preferably in engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in complex sales process management, business development, or key account management. Experience managing key accounts and major projects is essential. Experience working with developers, main contractors, and consultants within similar industries. Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs. A proven track record in sales with a strong customer focus. Futuristic mindset with passion for new technologies and digitalization. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English. Priority will be given to candidates with market experience in the UAE.
