Job Purpose
To carry out offshore/onsite surveys and replacement/repair of flexible hose assemblies
Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas
• Visually inspect customer’s hoses and fittings.
• Identify hose types, fittings and condition, in line with procedures.
• Tag and register hoses.
• Completion of hose registers & reports accurately and on a timely basis.
• Recommending possible solutions to problems identified with the customer hoses, applications or operating procedures and carry out remedial actions when appropriate.
• Identification and use of appropriate fittings for specified hoses, as per customer specification.
• Hose assembly, pressure testing and flushing.
• Above tasks maybe required at client locations on client equipment using clients certification systems.
• Ensuring that work areas are maintained clean and hazard free at all times.
• Uphold the standards of the company and work in line with the company systems and objectives at all times.
