Job Purpose

Customer Relations Officer/ Sales Administrator play a key administrative role in supporting the sales team and provide an important link between the salesperson and the client, they work in a challenging and competitive environment, processing all sales-related paperwork. Specific responsibilities include dealing with invoices, chasing up overdue payments and monitoring ongoing orders.



Main activities
To check, review & finalize sales & purchase agreements contracts with the concerned departments (Finance, legal).
To check, review & finalize resale of properties and follow up with the concerned departments.
Prepare receipts for clients through oracle system.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
Perform customer verifications.
Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
Manage customers' accounts.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
Record details of actions taken.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
Follow up on customer interactions.
Prepare and review routine and non-routine correspondence such as memos, letters, emails and other correspondence as
required.
Generating reports related to sales activities and revenue data.
Attend meetings as requested by the immediate manager to take and circulate meeting minutes. Draft and/or type reports and
correspondences in order to ensure consistency and standardizations of formats.
Prepare brokerage agreements for clients, collection reports and follow up with investor advisors.
Performs other duties as may be required from time to time.
