You’ll serve as the on-site anchor, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure everything runs on time and according to plan.What You’ll Do Site Planning & Layout: Oversee setup and breakdown, ensuring layouts match approved plans.On-Site Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for all on-site activity, managing crew, contractors, and suppliers.Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all site operations adhere to safety standards and regulations.Logistics Management: Coordinate deliveries, access, equipment, and schedules for smooth execution.Stakeholder Updates: Provide regular progress reports to the production team and flag potential delays.Post-Event Wrap-Up: Lead the de-rig process and site clearance, ensuring venues are returned as required.About You️ Operationally Minded – You live for logistics, coordination, and execution.️ Effective Communicator – Can give clear direction and maintain calm under pressure.️ Hands-On Leader – Thrive in field environments with practical solutions.️ Adaptable – Ready to respond to changing site demands.️ Collaborative – Comfortable working with diverse vendors and team members.What You Need to Apply Experience in on-site coordination within event production or similar roles.
