The ideal candidate will have strong clinical knowledge, proven instructional experience, and leadership skills to ensure a high standard of readiness and response across the hospital.Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver BLS, ACLS, PLS, and NLS training programs. Coordinate mock code drills and evaluate outcomes. Support and train staff on emergency code protocols. Maintain compliance with AHA and DOH standards. Manage training schedules, equipment, and documentation. Respond to emergency codes and participate in audits and continuous quality improvement. Contribute to establishing AHA international training center status.Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Nursing or relevant field. Valid QCHP license. ACLS, PLS, NLS certification (mandatory). Experience in life support training and emergency code management. Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
