If you're passionate about creating user-centric designs and exceptional digital experiences, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact in the banking industry.Role Overview: As a Senior Product Designer, you will be at the forefront of designing digital experiences that resonate with users. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to craft seamless user flows, design concepts, and visual components, ensuring alignment with best practices and brand principles.Key Responsibilities: Creative Leadership: Lead the creative execution of products, driving the overall look and feel Ensure designs align with the organizational vision and brand identity Product Design: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and digital experiences using design best practices Collaborate with designers, researchers, and engineers in an Agile environment Conduct workshops with stakeholders for requirements gathering and refinement Planning & Assessment: Estimate design efforts and plan user experience workstreams Conduct user testing (e.g., card sorting, tree testing) to refine digital experiences Assess existing digital interfaces for UX consistency, information architecture, and navigation effectiveness Collaboration & Communication: Partner with cross-functional teams, including front-end engineers and product owners Provide and incorporate feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables Articulate design decisions to stakeholders and adapt based on constructive feedback Education Holding a degree in Graphic design, interactive media design or similar Graduate degree a plus MSc/MA will be considered an asset Design Thinking, Creative outputs and experience of industry standard software & Prototyping tools Foundation of hands-on, applicable experience, in UX/UI or any other related domains Experiences (Years & Type)8+ years of experience in a related field Experience in the Banking or Financial industry is considered as an asset Experience in the GCC region is considered as an asset Knowledge & Skills Human Centered Design Practises Designing for Native app UIDesigning for web Behavioral Competencies A design thinker that is comfortable with vagueness and unknowns A collaborator and co-creator with others An innovation thinker with abilities to challenge Understands, appreciates and lives User experience & information architecture as a craft Self-motivated and open to feedback, experimentation & learning Passionate about analyzing problems & designing solutions A curious observer that is able to identify patterns and meaning through design, solutions, and insights Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Design, Art/Creative, and Information Technology Industries IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Global Software Solutions Group by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Senior Product Designer” roles.Senior Product Designer
