ARCHITECTURAL ENGINEER & ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTANTHigh Performance Directive Project Management Services HPDME is currently hiring Architectural Engineers and Architectural Consultants.Able to independently take the lead in detailing architectural and coordinating integral designs.Mastering the relevant Local Codes as well as International Building Codes.Experience with Revit, Auto CAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Suite.Having a positive track-record with local authorities in UAE and in KSA.Having experience with site inspections or building condition assessments.Having fundamental understanding of the design process.Able to translate conceptual architecture designs into detail designs based on international and local brands and materials.Able to develop tender specifications and site appraisal reports.Having experience with developing and populating Bo Q.Having experience in both Industrial and Civilian Buildings.Having detailing experience in finishes.I, the candidate, confirm to hold: More than 8 years of design experience ideally in international design firms.Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture.Member of UAE Society of Engineers; prerequisite. #J-18808-Ljbffr
