Start building your professional profile today and connect with leading career opportunities across the globe.Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate logistics staff in receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching goods.Monitor team performance, assign daily tasks, and ensure productivity targets are met.Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies across all logistics operations.Work closely with inventory control, procurement, and transport teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions to minimize delays.Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to logistics staff.Ensure accurate documentation of shipping and receiving activities using ERP or WMS systems.Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.Participate in continuous improvement efforts and contribute to process optimization.Report KPIs, operational updates, and staffing needs to the Logistics Manager.Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in logistics or business is a plus).3+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a supervisory role.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency in using inventory management and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite).Forklift certification and understanding of warehouse equipment operations.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards in warehousing and logistics.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with lean warehousing and continuous improvement practices.Familiarity with international shipping and customs regulations.Prior experience in shift-based team management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
