Overview Role: Sales Executive (Business setup services – Freezone/Mainland) Location: Dubai, UAE Company: Capital International Group (CIG) What We Offer Base salary of AED4,000 – 5,000 monthly (depending on experience) plus an attractive commission structure based on performance, potentially taking salary over AED13,000 monthly. Generate and qualify new leads for UAE business setup services. Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and successful deal closures. Maintain KPIs and deliver consistent sales performance. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, free zones, and partners. Generate self-sourced leads through referrals in addition to company-provided leads. Stay updated with UAE company formation regulations, packages, and market trends. Skills Minimum 2–3 years of proven UAE business setup sales experience with strong closing skills. Solid knowledge of mainland, free zone, and offshore company formation procedures. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills. Target-driven and able to perform under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Having UAE visa already - is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
