Senior Legal Consultant - Corporate and Fundraising

We’re looking for a Senior Legal Consultant – Corporate and Fundraising to support our team in the UAE.We’ve recently expanded to Dubai, building on the success of our 20+ strong London team and establishing fantastic client relationships and partnerships across the GCC.Now, we’re looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Legal Consultant to join our new team in the UAE, supporting our corporate and fundraising clients across the UAE and beyond.The role We’re looking for a qualified corporate lawyer from a common law jurisdiction with: 8+ years PQE with significant experience advising on buy-side and sell-side corporate transactions Has been based in the United Arab Emirates for at least +5 years (Can be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi)Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and advising on corporate agreements, governance, M&A, and reorganisations Who we are We offer commercial-first legal advice to startups and scaleups from idea to exit, delivered by entrepreneurial lawyers who get it.
