Develop, manage, monitor, and control a diverse range of multi-disciplinary capital projects, ensuring execution in accordance with engineering, safety, quality, and environmental standards to meet project objectives, specifications, time, and cost constraints. Oversee projects from concept through to commissioning and handover. Required Experience and Skills Minimum of 15 years relevant experience in engineering, project management, and execution of oil & gas projects. Experience managing projects as the client/owner, preferably with an IOC. Experience in brownfield projects. Experience managing projects requiring strict government regulatory approvals, with a proven record of compliance. Proficiency in managing project initiation, feasibility studies, concept optimization, engineering definition, operational requirements, construction, commissioning, handover, project teams, execution strategies, change management, performance communication, lessons learned, audits, scheduling, budgeting, contract management, GCOC's, and HSE management. Mastery level proficiency in managing project interfaces, risks, contractor claims, leadership, ethics, compliance, and professionalism. Effective communication and team-building skills, including report writing, presentations, and meeting management. Educational Qualifications B.Sc. Degree in an Engineering discipline from a recognized university; higher degrees and professional memberships are advantageous.
