Senior Quantity Surveyor

Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for construction projects Manage contract administration, including preparation and negotiation of contract variations and claims under FIDIC contracts Monitor project costs, track progress, and ensure adherence to budgets Conduct risk analysis and provide advice on contractual issues and dispute resolution Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to resolve commercial and contractual matters Prepare interim payment applications, final accounts, and financial reports Ensure compliance with local construction laws and regulations Lead and mentor junior quantity surveyors and commercial staff Coordinate with project teams for accurate measurement, valuation, and reporting Assist in procurement processes and subcontractor management We need candidates who is only available in UAE and possible location will be in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.Desired Candidate Profile Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field Minimum 8–10 years of quantity surveying experience in construction projects At least 3–4 years in a senior QS role Strong knowledge and experience with FIDIC contracts Good understanding of local construction laws and regulations Proven skills in contract administration and claims management Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Employment Type Full Time Company Industry Construction Civil Engineering Department / Functional Area Contract Management Quantity Surveying Keywords Quantity Surveying Quantity Surveyor Fidic Contracts Local Construction Contract Administration Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
