Duties and Responsibilities :
- To sell Group tours to individual and families
- Handle outbound tours - actively listen to callers/clients to determine their needs with demonstrated product knowledge and sales expertise to facilitate purchase of holiday ;
- Maintain thorough contact records and make outbound calls to follow up on leads
- Close sales and maintain consultative relationship with guests to ensure satisfaction for a repetitive ;
- Maintain a high level of customer ;
- Generate new sales opportunities, convert in-house leads from our marketing initiatives and be responsible for the overall travel experience of your ;
- Ensure repetitive sales by building strong relationships and meeting the needs of customers throughout the entire tour-planning ;
- Harness your customer knowledge and expertise to suggest and implement your own entrepreneurial ideas in order to keep our business on the cutting ;
- Take appropriate steps to meet personal sales ;
- Adhere to department guidelines for day-to-day responsibilities including phone etiquette, attendance and ;
Skills and requirement :
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in outbound tours and customer service in travel industry
- Excellent destination knowledge of USA, Europe, Africa, Australia, Far east and ;
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational ;
- Must be able to converse in ;
- Ticketing and CRM knowledge will be added advantage
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a level of professionalism in moments of stress
