Salesforce Developer

We’re looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our client’s team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to software development and testing, where you’ll have a significant impact on the project's success. The ideal candidate should excel in both independent and collaborative work environments and be results-driven with expert-level Salesforce skills, particularly in development and testing. Why You’re a Good Fit for This Role: 3-5 years of proven experience in Salesforce development. A relevant degree is preferred but not required if other qualifications are met. Advanced Salesforce skills, including: Building Lightning Web Components, Apex Controllers, and Flows. Writing scalable, testable Apex code. Creating Salesforce Reports. Writing unit tests with Apex and integration tests using Selenium. Experience with QA, UAT, Salesforce Experience Cloud, and Word Press. Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops (or similar) for sprint/release management. Working knowledge of Power BI. Strong programming skills. Must reside in Canada and have legal work authorization. Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, adaptable, and punctual. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Capable of working effectively independently and in team settings. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components, Apex Controllers, and Flows. Design efficient, reusable, and high-performing Apex code. Create and analyze Salesforce Reports to provide actionable insights. Configure Experience Cloud sites to enhance functionality for end-users. Write unit tests using Apex and conduct integration tests with Selenium. Contribute to Dev Ops processes, focusing on source control and deployment best practices. Support QA and UAT efforts.
