At Syntronic, your work will make a real difference.What we're looking for: We are seeking individuals who want to: Collaborate with top-tier clients on transformative, cutting-edge projects Engage with and learn from industry leaders Innovate from concept to completion, ensuring high standards Gain international experience on global projects Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment that supports new ideas Explore multiple sectors like telecommunications, automotive, healthcare, and industrial automation What You’ll Do You will be an integral contributor to a team responsible for the development of lower layer automotive software including OS, kernel, and drivers, and of core services such as file systems, graphics, networking, and video You will be responsible to: Develop C/C++/Java services for automotive infotainment systems Work on proof of concepts for next-generation infotainment systems Investigate system and BSP failures from internal users and external customers What You Need To Get The Job Done Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering5-15 years of development experience working on operating systems, kernel, drivers, and core services such as file systems, graphics, networking, USB, and Wi-Fi Prior experience in developing and testing drivers and BSPStrong grasp of hardware design and embedded operating system concepts A passion for solving tough problems with limited information Experience with Agile development processes and tools Excellent written and oral communication skills What Will Make Us REALLY Love You Direct experience developing device drivers Direct experience adapting an operating system to a hardware platform, especially Linux and Android Direct experience with QNX operating system Direct experience in automotive or other safety-critical systems (telecom, nuclear, medical)Experience with communication protocols: CAN, TCP/IP, USB, Bluetooth, Ethernet, and/or Wi-Fi Knowledge of messaging stacks such as dbus, binder, aidl Knowledge of low power suspend technologies for consumer products Knowledge of video distribution as part of video systems integration#Syntronic P1What you’ll love about us: At Syntronic, our employees are our greatest asset.
