We are looking for a Sales Officer with the below duties & responsibilities:
• Identify, qualify and secure business opportunities
• Build business relationships with current and potential clients
• Create informative presentations; Presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings
• Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients
• Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads
• Schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers
• Communicate with leads and customers via email
• Promote specific products as directed by upper management
• Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value
• Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
• Source and work customer referrals
• Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
• Meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas .
• Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback .
An ideal candidate would be
• Bachelor's degree holder is preferred, but not ;
• 4 -5 years of experience in the Sales and Client Relations ;
• Has established and maintained strong connections with clients.
• Has established a strong client database
• Has strong negotiation and persuasion skill
• Has strong customer service skills
• Maintains positive work ;
• Proven track record in sales and marketing ;
• Proven ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales ;
• Proven ability to create and deliver client presentations.
