Bachelor of Architecture(Architecture), Master of Architecture(Architecture)Nationality Any Nationality Any Vacancy1 Vacancy Job Description AE7 is seeking an exceptional Senior Site Architect to join our dynamic team for a prestigious residential and hospitality high-rise tower project.Work Location: Dubai Responsibilities: · Oversee and manage all architectural site activities, ensuring work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.· Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring quality control, compliance with design intent, and resolution of construction challenges.· Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to timelines.· Identify and resolve technical and design-related issues on-site, providing practical and effective solutions.· Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups, ensuring compliance with project specifications.· Lead the snagging, de-snagging, and handover processes, ensuring that all architectural works meet the highest standards before final acceptance.· Work closely with MEP and structural teams to ensure seamless integration of all disciplines in project execution.· Monitor construction progress, site safety, and adherence to local regulations, reporting any deviations or issues to management.· Prepare and maintain progress reports, inspection records, and compliance documentation for project tracking.· Ensure all work complies with UAE building codes, authority regulations, and health & safety standards.Desired Candidate Profile• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's preferred).• Professional registration or equivalent certifications.• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.• Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.• Over 12 years of experience in architectural design and execution.• Proven expertise in delivering high-rise projects, particularly those exceeding 40 floors.• A strong ability to lead and coordinate site activities, ensuring the highest quality standards and timely project delivery. • Must have UAE experience.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
