Responsibilities:
• Responsible in administrative support for Accounting Department
• In charge of clerical tasks such as filing, phone calls, mail handling, basic bookkeeping and basic reconcilliation
• Ensures that spreadsheets, sales, purchase ledgers and journals are accurate and up to date in a timely manner
• Prepare statutory accounts, payments, figures and records are accurate
• Sorting of incoming and outgoing of daily transactions
• Reconcile discrepancies
• Custodian of documents in the department
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): MS Office Suite, PEZA
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
