Responsibilities:

• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts

• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures; Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met; Prepare financial management reports

• Responsible and oversee of all accounting matters (AR, AP, Collections, Billings, Bookkeeping, Filing, Compliance, Bank Transactions-Deposit, Withdrawal, etc.)

• Analyze and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues

• Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems

• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities

• Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities

• Monitor and support taxation issues

• Develop and maintain financial data bases

• Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses

• Oversee in the processing of all government requirements (SEC, SSS, BIR, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, PEZA etc.)

• Supervise/ assist Admin facilities, transactions and duties (anything in the office)

• Act as Company Liaison (Point of Contact), Executive Support (support the executive functions), Vendor Management & Purchasing, File Management, Inventory Management (all inventories need to be accounted for), Front desk Support, Concierge and Telephone Operator as needed;

• Other work related responsibilities and project coordination that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Required Skill(s): CPA

• Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
