Duties:
• Communicate with suppliers regarding procurement, logistics, and delivery of goods to distributors.
• Correspond to suppliers, distributors, couriers, forwarders through emails and phone calls.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Take minutes of meetings accurately.
• Assist the Product Director in day to day work-related tasks.
• Manage the Product Director's meeting schedules and appointments.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the office such as replenishing supplies, handling important documents.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree graduate
With or Without experience
Fast learner and enthusiastic
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent English communication skills is a must
Able to multitask efficiently
Must be Female, from 21-28 years old
Must be Filipino
