Contract Term: Ongoing, subject to student demand Role Overview As a Part-Time EAL Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting English language acquisition for learners across the school. Through personalized lessons, collaboration with colleagues, and a flexible teaching approach, you will help EAL students access the curriculum and gain confidence in their language abilities.Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and adaptive EAL lessons to students at various proficiency levels Provide 1: 1 and small group support tailored to individual learning needs Assess and monitor student progress, adjusting instruction accordingly Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment that prioritizes well-being Collaborate with teachers and staff to support students' integration into mainstream learning Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field Recognized EAL qualification (e.g., CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, or TEFL)Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an EAL teaching role Strong understanding of language acquisition and differentiated instruction Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the UAE or GCC region is an advantage Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
