Job Overview

We are seeking a flexible and versatile marketer who will take on the role of Marketing Manager and lead a team of local marketing resources, and drive the execution of marketing plans from start to finish, leveraging internal support and managing collaboration.


Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate for the annual marketing strategy. Develop quarterly plans by country by brands that are aligned with our strategy and the vendors’.

• Manage the local marketing team and coordinate with the local stakeholders and central marketing team at head office.

• Manage and oversee all execution for marketing plans. Ensure and measure the ROI on all marketing budget utilization, and own all related marketing tasks.

• Develop and implement an integrated range of marketing concepts and methodologies; plan and develop marketing strategies consistent with the overall goals and objectives of the business.

• Plan digital marketing campaigns, including emails, social media, content management and display media. Ensure social media presence across all channels. Measure and report performance of the digital marketing campaigns.

• Manage and drive events in all Gulf countries i.e. GITEX, seminars, webinars and forums.

• Manage, drive and promote the e-commerce marketing campaigns in coordination with the relevant stakeholders.

• Partner with the Sales teams to develop strategic channel partner programs.

• Conduct, review and analyze customer surveys. Provide market research and analysis; prepare research-based reports for executive local and senior management.

• Manage in alignment with the central team the local communication, i.e. publicity, advertising, direct mail, online presence, catalogs, exhibits, awards, vendor communications and website management. Collaborate with PR agencies to ensure proper messaging is communicated to the local press, and collaborate on developing and deploying pitch ideas.

• Provide visibility into the marketing function to all relevant stakeholders.

• Maintain customer contact databases and manage email campaigns and tools.
