Accountant and Office administrator:
Required Female Accountant and Office Administrator for an accounting and bookkeeping firm.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Good knowledge of administrative and accounting regulation and procedures
- Proper recording of financial transactions and prepare and submit a regular report, establish the administrative system and procedures
- Knowledge of VAT filing
- Preparation of Invoices and LPOs
- Manage the day-to-day Petty Cash system.
- Prepare accurate reports as required by management on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and accounting related activities.
- Manage Shipping, Import & Export of materials
- Managing Stock list and keeping track of stocks.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence Answering and directing phone calls
- (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Process and obtain approvals and ensure timely payments.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Monthly review and analysis of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Trail balance, Cash flows etc
- Basic Human Resources tasks like Maintains Visa, EID, Labor Records, Maintain vehicle records
- Check and send emails to clients and vendors.
